Customized your very own box. Are you a paperback or a hardbound lover? We also have a Book Fairy plan (single subscription), Book Dragon plan (3 months subscription), and Book Panda plan (6 months subscription) depending on what suits you best.

Chill and let us do the work!

Wait for the invoice and pay for it on your selected payment channels (BPI Over the counter or Mobile Transfer, Palawan Express, or PayPal). As soon as you're finish with this step, our panda workers will start preparing and packing your awesome box. Our swift ninja pandas will deliver it in no time!

GENERAL QUESTIONS

A. WHAT IS BOOKISH PANDA?

​

Bookish Panda is a Philippine-based monthly subscription box. These boxes contain various novelty items, merchandises, or books depending on the chosen theme every month. The subscribers, or those who have availed the subscription for the box, will receive a loot box every month that will be delivered by our accredited courier service provider (Xend or LBC ).

B. HOW DOES IT WORK?

​

The subscribers will have to sign up our order or purchase form to provide the necessary details that the providers need such as name, contact details, and address. The said box is not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase. The payments have to be made prior to the delivery of the boxes.

C. WHEN AND WHERE CAN I SIGN UP?

​

Our order forms are currently up on our website. Just click the Pre-Order/Subscribe Now button to be directed in our Google Form that you have to fill-up in order to subscribe.

You can only sign up until stocks last. We have a limited number of boxes each month so we recommend for you to avail earlier because once we sell out it is more likely that we won’t restock for the said month.

D. WHAT IS A 'THEME'?

​

We will release a ‘theme’ each month to give the subscribers a hint on what’s inside the mystery boxes.

THINK INSIDE THE BOX

A. WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN THE BOX?

​

Inside each box, you will see a Young-Adult book and 6-10 novelty or merchandise items related to the theme. These are customized items such as bookmarks, posters, shirts etc. Some are exclusively designed, meaning you can only get the design and/or item in our boxes. Some will also be exclusively designed for you by Pouts and Fluffs. There will also be a customized ownership card every month. (Items inside the box will depend on the theme every month, please take note that items may still vary)

B. WHAT KIND OF BOOK WILL IT BE?

​

Our box will usually have a Young Adult book that focuses on Fantasy, Adventure, Contemporary, Mystery etc. and the book may be a hardbound or paperback copy (depending on your choice or what format the book of the month is available). This will be related to the theme of the month and will be either a first book in a series or a standalone book.

BILLING,COST AND PAYMENT

A. HOW MUCH DOES A BOOKISH PANDA BOX COST?

One box of Bookish Panda costs *PHP 1,449.00 for the Paperback Book Box and *PHP 1,549.00 for the Hardbound Book Box. Discount codes (if applicable) will be announced through our Instagram account. While in the subscription plans, the price will depend on the duration of the subscription (3-6 months).

B. WHEN SHOULD I MAKE A PAYMENT?

​

We recommend settling your payments within 5 business days. Unpaid subscriptions within this span of time without reasonable excuse will be forfeited.

C. CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

​

We strictly implement no cancellation of subscription however you can either reach us through a DM or email to let us know of your situation

D. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

​

As of now, we only accept payments coursed through Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Palawan Express, or Paypal.

SHIPPING

A. DO YOU SHIP BOOKISH PANDA BOXES INTERNATIONALLY?

​

Yes, however, the shipping cost may be quite expensive since the Foreign Exchange Rates versus our local currency which is PHP or Philippine Peso is quite unstable. However, if you would like to push through with this order you can send us an email or DM in instagram.

B. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

​

Shipping varies by the location and the courier’s rates. You can find out more about our shipping prices on our order form or chat us for inquiries.

C. WHEN ARE THE BOXES SHIPPED?

​

The boxes are shipped on the last week of every month or a month after the theme was release. However, we always try our best to ship them out sooner than expected.

​

D. IS THE SHIPPING TRACKED?

​

Yes. You can request for your tracking number through Direct Message or email.

​

E. WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?

​

It depends on where the box is being shipped to and the courier you picked - within Metro Manila it should be around 2 or 3 days. If you are provincial, it can take 4 days- 1 week.

ADDRESS CHANGES

A.    I AM SUBSCRIBED, CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can change your address only before the ship-out period (20th-25th) however, it is still your responsibility to make sure that your shipping address is up to date and someone will be available to pick up the box when it is delivered.

If you think you could be one of them, feel free to get in touch and we will check your account. Due to the high volume of emails, we cannot get back to everyone immediately. You can also join or rep/ambassador search that we conduct every three months. Thanks for your understanding!

BRAND REPRESENTATIVES' DUTIES

If you were chosen to be a rep, you will get a free Bookish Panda for three months. Upon receiving the box you will have to do the following:

​

  1. You should upload a photo/video post of the complete unboxing of our box for three months.

  2. You should post 3-4 more photos featuring the book and the other bookish goodies inside the box. In addition, kindly mention us on your story every time we have a new post.

  3. You will have an exclusive discount code you can share in your profile or to every Bookish Panda related posts.

  4. You will be a part of the brainstorming with Mr. Pouts (Zy) and Ms. Fluffs (Shiella) and the other reps for future boxes.
